Dr Alek Nikolic is a medical aesthetic practitioner with a special interest in botox, dermal fillers, glycolic acid chemical peels, salicylic acid chemical peels, mandelic acid peels, and Syneron elos light based (IPL/Bi-Polar Radiofrequency & Infrared/Bi-Polar Radiofrequency) and non-ablative laser treatments. He has aesthetic medical practices in both Cape Town and London.

There are two main thrusts for both the surgical and non-surgical approach to a patient. First, all procedures should give a natural end result, and secondly, the treatment plan should be tailor made to suit the patient. The reasoning behind this is based on that we see a broad range of patients with different lifestyles, jobs, and personal wishes.
A good example is someone who works in media (on stage or as a presenter) will need the ability to show emotions and use their facial expressions, or a younger patient desiring a preventative dosage as apposed to "nothing must move’ dosage.”
