Dr Alek Nikolic:

Dr Alek Nikolic has been responsible for training numerous General Practitioners, Dentists and specialists, at entry, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Dr Alek Nikolic is Allergan’s appointed advanced trainer for Botox® and Dermal Fillers and has been appointed by Allergan International as the Local Country Ambassador (LCA) for South Africa and Africa. 

He has lectured nationally and has co presented lectures and demonstrated live patient injecting techniques with international lecturers such as Dr Frederick Bern (Plastic Surgeon, Sweden), Dr Greg Wahl (Dermatologist, Germany), and Dr Koenraad De Boulle (Dermatologist, Belgium).

Dr Alet Oosthuysen

We are pleased to introduce Dr Alet Oosthuysen who will be assisting Dr Alek Nikolic with Botox® and Dermal Filler private training.

Dr Oosthuysen is a qualified Aesthetic Medical Practitioner with practices in Stellenbosch, Port Elizabeth and Hermanus since 2003. 

Her passion and vision is to enhance the natural beauty of her patients using the art form of Botox® and Dermal Fillers, which she believes contributes to her patients’ wellbeing and boosts their confidence, helping them to enjoy a good quality of life.

Dr Tracy Garner

Dr Tracey Garner (MBChB, (DA) SA, DipFamMed) is a General Practitioner, in private practice in Franschhoek. 

Tracey has a passion for teaching Aesthetic Medicine and is a qualified basic trainer for Allergan in South Africa and we are pleased to welcome her as a member of our team.

She believes in a holistic, ethical and conservative approach using Botox® and Dermal Fillers to enhance, maintain and restore natural beauty and assists Dr Alek Nikolic with private training in Botox® and Dermal Filler injection techniques.

Carolette van Wyk

Carolette specialises in the field of Medical Aesthetics (Laser Therapy and Clinical Skin Care) and has been providing formal educational consulting services to national and international tertiary institutions and established business entities in these modalities since 2003.

Carolette commenced her career in Medical Aesthetics in Cape Town, 2002 under the tutelage of Lindie Rossouw, Healthy Way Paramedical Clinic. In 2002 she had the privilege of working with Wigmore Medical in the UK. Wigmore Medical is rated one of the largest pharmaceutical stockists, cosmetic training providers and aesthetic equipment suppliers.

During 2003-2004 she was appointed as International Training Manager at EUphotonics based in Cardiff, Wales where she was given the opportunity to develop Laser and Intense Pulsed Light Training Programmes; providing training for various medical practitioners and in 2005 she was appointed as the 3rd year programme facilitator at the Isa Carstens Academy of Health and Skin Care Therapy.

Samantha Nikolic

Samantha Nikolic has received training from NeoStrata South Africa and is certified to perform NeoStrata Glycolic Acid Peels and give advice regarding their topical anti-ageing and acne treatment range. Furthermore, she has been certified by Radiant Healthcare (Syneron South Africa) to use all of the IPL/Bi-Polar Radiofrequency applications that include Photofacial® Skin Rejuvenation, Refirm® Skin Tightening, and Hair Removal.

Lynn May: Course Director 

Lynn May joined our team in November 2011 as Course Director for our Botox® and Dermal Filler training courses. Lynn works closely with Dr Alek Nikolic on all aspects of our training courses and is responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of our training course materials, registration process and venue setup.

Lynn gained a wealth of experience in the local and international asset management marketing industry after having spent many years at Investec Asset Management as Regional Manager of Investment Management Services and HSBC Bank as Associate Director of Sales & Marketing in Africa, before making a decision to follow her passion for skin care and anti-ageing by cleansing and healing the body through detoxification.
